This page explains what data sayodatravel.com collects, why it is needed and what you can do about it.
The data is processed by the tour operator Sayoda Travel. For any question about your data, write to info@sayodatravel.com.
From the enquiry form — your name, phone, email and message. We need them to reply and prepare a tour offer. The basis is your own request: without them we cannot answer.
Anonymous visit statistics — which pages are opened, in which language and which site you came from. It shows us what is easy to find on the site and what is not.
Your chat messages, if you use the chat. They are read by the operator answering your questions.
Google Analytics 4 — behaviour statistics. It sets cookies and sends data to Google. Loaded only after your consent.
Tawk.to — the live chat. It sets cookies so your conversation survives moving between pages. Loaded only after your consent.
Our own visit counter always works, but it sets no cookies and writes nothing to your device. It does not store your IP address: the database keeps an irreversible fingerprint based in part on the current date, so your visits cannot be linked across different days. The address is used only to work out the country — a two-letter code is stored instead of the address, and the address itself is kept nowhere afterwards.
Statistics go to Google (with your consent) and chat messages to Tawk.to. Enquiries from the site are shared with nobody: they stay with us and are used only to answer you.
Enquiries are kept while they are needed to work with you and to confirm what was agreed. Visit records are anonymous from the start and are kept in aggregate. Retention inside Google and Tawk.to follows their own rules.
You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw cookie consent at any time. Write to us and we will respond.
